🎂🎈 Double the smiles, double the personalities and double the cake. 🩷💚
These sweet twins recently celebrated their first birthday, and I loved seeing how different they each approached their session. One little one carefully explored every detail while the other was all in from the very beginning. 😂
That's one of my favorite things about milestone sessions. Even at one year old, little personalities are already shining through.

I have a question for all the parents out there...
If you were booking newborn photos, would you prefer:
✨ A full newborn session with family photos and lots of variety
OR
✨ A shorter newborn mini session focused just on baby with a smaller set of images and a lower price point
I'd love to hear which option appeals to you most and why!

If you've noticed I've been a little quieter lately, here's why...
Right now my "office" looks a little different than usual. Between moving boxes, unpacking, and settling into our new home, I've temporarily traded my workspace for a corner of the dining room table. ☕📦💻
The exciting part? This move also means a dedicated studio space is coming soon for newborn, milestone, and portrait sessions.
There's still plenty of work to do before everything is finished, but I'm looking forward to creating a space that's welcoming, comfortable, and designed specifically for my clients.
For now, you'll find me answering emails and editing galleries somewhere between the boxes and the chaos.
Big changes are happening behind the scenes, and I can't wait to share more as everything comes together. ❤️

This sweet family originally booked a mini session because they were not sure a full hour of family photos would feel enjoyable for their family. 💛
After their session, mom sent me the sweetest message sharing how surprisingly fun the experience was and how they were already talking about doing more photos together in the future.
Moments like that mean so much to me because my goal is always to create a relaxed experience where families can simply connect, laugh, and enjoy time together.
This late spring orchard session was filled with playful moments, soft light, and so much genuine connection.

One of my favorite things about extended family sessions is capturing the relationships that exist across generations. 🤍
The way grandparents look at their grandkids, siblings laugh together, and families simply slow down long enough to be fully present with one another, those are the moments that matter most.

There’s something incredibly special about being invited back to photograph a family year after year.

This Mother’s Day extended family session was extra meaningful because I not only got to see familiar faces I’ve photographed for years, but also meet even more of the people they love most.

These are the moments that matter.
The connections.
The generations together.
The laughter in between poses.
The memories that someday become part of a family’s story. ✨
