I was called this morning by my Realtor partner. She asked, “Sheila have interest rates shot up, it’s on the news today that feds raised rates 3/4%.”

I said, “The fed increase has not affected the mortgage interest rates to the extent stated.”

Don’t let the news media scare you! Give me a call and I’ll let you know what the rates are today for your client.
