I don’t think timeless is something you can simply create.

It’s something you feel ✨

It’s found in the way soft summer light spills across an old estate. In the movement of a cathedral veil caught by the breeze. In heirloom details, gentle color palettes, lingering glances, and the quiet moments shared when no one else is watching.

A new era has begun 🎞️🪻📷

It all started with a honeymoon in Italy…🇮🇹

A few months ago, I snagged this old film camera off Facebook Marketplace from an elderly Italian man who was selling it because he no longer used it. When I went to his house to pick it up, he told me the story behind it and it truly touched me, so I’d like to share it with you too.

He had first bought this camera when he and his wife went on their honeymoon to Italy, the only time he ever returned to his homeland after moving to the U.S. when he was just a child.

He never went back again after that.

Sadly, his wife became very sick shortly after they got married, and traveling became incredibly difficult for them. Later on, their only son used the camera during his college years, but eventually it sat untouched in one of the bedrooms of the home they were now selling. They were moving somewhere without stairs so it would be easier for him to care for his wife.

From our short conversation, I could immediately tell that he was such a sweet, caring and incredibly kind soul.

I’m so grateful I had the opportunity to buy this camera from him and give it a new purpose.

Now that it’s in my hands, it will continue capturing more trips, more love, and more adventures. Not only for my couples, but for myself too.

Film photography made me fall in love with this craft all over again after a season where I thought I had lost my passion for it and couldn’t find the same joy in it that I used to.

And all of that is thanks to Jacob, who first introduced me to film photography and encouraged me to use his own film cameras for a while so I could try it and see whether it was something I would enjoy. Seeing the images he had captured throughout the years on film inspired me to get my own film camera and start my own journey photographing like people used to back in the day.

Needless to say, I didn’t just fall in love with him.

I fell in love with film photography too.

And now this good old vintage camera gets to come back to life.

It all started with a honeymoon in Italy, and now its journey continues capturing more love stories 💜

The best engagement sessions don’t feel like photoshoots, they feel like date nights 🌊🌾✨

Courtney & Jake’s Newport engagement shoot was exactly that. We wandered the Cliff Walk, chased the sunset at Easton’s Beach, kicked off our shoes and ended the evening with the cutest guest of honor…their sweet pup 🐶🫶🏼

I always encourage my couples to make their engagement session feel like an experience rather than just a photoshoot. The photos become so much more meaningful when they’re built around the places, people and little moments that already feel like home.

Now, less than a year later, we’re just a few weeks away from their wedding day and I truly can’t wait to tell the next part of their love story !! 🥹💍

A little PSA to all future brides… 🤍

If you’re wearing a veil on your wedding day, PLEASE let your photographer play with it! 🪽🌿

I know it’s easy to think of your veil as something you wear just for the ceremony, but trust me… it has the power to completely transform your portraits!! 💫

Wrapping it around the two of you creates this dreamy, intimate little world where it feels like nobody else exists. It catches the light beautifully, adds movement, softens the moment, and somehow makes every photo feel even more romantic 🤍

Some of my favorite wedding portraits have happened because we took a few extra minutes to get playful with the veil. The magic isn’t in perfectly posing it, it’s in letting it flow, catching the breeze and embracing whatever it wants to do.

So if you’re debating whether or not to wear one… THIS is your sign. And if you already have one, don’t pack it away after the ceremony. Let’s create some magic with it! ✨🤍😉

If Bridgerton met New England elegance… this would be it 🦢🤍💐👑

Brenna envisioned a bridal look that felt timeless from the very beginning, and every detail reflected that vision. An ethereal lace gown paired with a cathedral veil, satin opera gloves, heirloom pearls, a crystal crown, and romantic blush florals created a look that was effortlessly regal without ever feeling overdone.

There couldn’t have been a more fitting backdrop than the stately facade of Tupper Manor. Its grand columns and iconic French doors brought an old-world elegance to these portraits, making it feel as though we’d stepped into the grounds of an English estate.

The most beautiful bridal looks aren’t defined by what’s trending, but instead by thoughtful details, intentional styling, and the confidence to create something that feels authentically your own!

And I have no doubt these photographs will feel just as breathtaking fifty years from now as they do today! ✨
