Heylin Photography It all started with a coffee can! No lie! I turned it into a pinhole camera at the age of 15. If you are clueless as to what I'm talking about...google it!

When I left high school I had already studied with a local pro who inspired me to major in Photography. From Ansel's zone system to studio lights, I thought I had learned it all. In the fall of '03 I interned with two very established commercial photographers in San Diego who introduced me to the digital world. As the industry was changing, so did I, I had too. I went from my manual Nikon FM to Ca

non DSLR's. Over the years my kit has grown to cover the demands of weddings and softness of newborns. I'm proud to say that my background of coffee cans and darkrooms has made me the photographer I am today.
