Some activations just hit different especially when you frame them right. 🎡✨

We loved partnering with the Rose Kennedy Greenway to capture the Frostival Ferris Wheel activation, capturing the energy, scale, and movement of the experience. And let’s be honest… horizontal photos hit differently.

When you shoot wide, you don’t just capture the subject, you capture the story around it. The skyline. The crowd. The atmosphere. The full environment that gives context and emotion to the moment. Framing is everything. A Ferris wheel isn’t just a ride; it’s height, light, motion, and reaction. Showing that full scale is what transforms a simple photo into visual storytelling.

There’s something special about the Rose Kennedy Greenway in winter ❄️✨

This one hits personally. The Greenway is where I first fell in love with photography. Running the paths, chasing the sun, and learning how to frame the city I care so much about. To capture it professionally, and in partnership to showcase the Frostival Ferris Wheel, is something I’ll always treasure.

The Frostival Ferris Wheel brought an interactive, high-energy experience to the heart of Boston. It shows proof that our city doesn’t slow down when the temperature drops. It evolves. It activates. It creates moments.

Transition to blue hour in the Common 🌅 The George Washington statue catching the last light, with the iconic Newbury Hotel glowing behind it — one of those classic Boston moments you just have to stop for.

As a photographer and videographer, it’s moments like this when we can step out of capturing for our clients and capture the beautiful moments that made us fall in love with this profession in the first place ❤️📸.
