Come along for a two day shoot at the Boston Harbor Hotel!
We photographed 71 people over two days. 📸
Many clients had never been to Boston before and they were spoiled with the best weather and the best views this week.
Michael T. Fredriksen and I squeezed in dinner and a stroll through North End. 🍝 It was so nice to step outside of the financial district and experience one of Boston’s many hidden gems.
Wishing everyone a wonderful end to August! We’ll be back in the studio next week.

Happy Birthday to Boston Portrait Company! 🎂

BPC was established 33 years ago in 1993. The business has evolved from film to digital, newspaper publications to online web publications, in studio sessions only to photoshoots in studio and within client offices from the East to West Coast!

I'm Nichole Fredriksen and I've been a photographer at BPC since 2007. In 2013 Michael joined me in the big decision to purchase and call Boston Portrait
Company our own! Today also marks 13 years of ownership 🎉
Together, we've expanded the niche business founded in 1993 to bring our studio on location and create branding imagery for businesses not only in Boston, but also coast to coast!

We offer a variety of business portrait services at our 22 Batterymarch Street studio headquarters as well. We’re located in the heart of the financial district.

Behind the scenes editing!
Photoshop tools can transform an image to look the way I imagined it in my mind.
This was a fun graduation photoshoot for a recent college grad. We also captured some professional headshots to use for his LinkedIn and launch of his professional career.

Photographers!
How do you leave a space after transforming it into a studio? We always put things back as neatly as possible, so it looks like we were never there.
Our setup takes about a half hour using a 4 light setup and tether capture to Lightroom Breakdown takes about 15 minutes.
