Vanessa & Colin’s wedding day in black and white 🖤⁠

Vanessa was baptized in this church 27 years ago to the exact day, her parents married here too, and on this afternoon her aunt (whom she was named after) stood at the altar and married them. Her brothers stood beside her as men of honor, her grandparents watched through teary eyes, and Colin’s family gained their first official daughter.⁠
⁠
A vintage Rolls Royce ride to the Boston Public Library led straight into a cocktail hour in the courtyard complete with apps, Aperol spritzes, and the sounds of a sweet live saxophonist.⁠

The night peaked with dinner in the Abbey Room, a dance floor affogato bar, then carried right on downstairs into an afterparty featuring the bride’s favorite touch, an espresso martini tower 🍸

This Cape Cod farm wedding unfolded with effortless warmth - loose florals inspired by the surrounding landscape, a custom Thai-inspired Vatit Itthi gown, and a farm-to-table menu capturing the spirit of the couple’s own garden in Los Angeles. When their sweet pup Sara saw Anna during the first look, she found a familiar resting place on the train of her dress and snuggled up.⁠

The bride walked down the aisle to a piece her grandfather once played on the violin, while seasonal florals with fruiting branches and persimmons on the reception tables felt gathered straight from the fields. As the sound of disco and soul through a sweet saxophone filled the tent, the dance floor stayed packed until the very last song.⁠

Cecilia and Eric are proof that one great coffee date can change your life 💕 Two years of happiness, an engagement in Spain, and countless international adventures later, they eloped in the early morning hours at the iconic Boston Public Library. With just their immediate families by their side, they exchanged rings and vows exactly as they envisioned in the city where it all started ✨

When you know, you know - and Colby and Allie knew by their second date. They built a love that felt easy from the very start. After designing rings for each other over this past winter, they each planned their own proposals. Allie is notoriously bad at keeping secrets, so while Colby may have suspected something, she was over the moon when they returned home to their apartment after brunch to candles, cake, and a heartfelt proposal. Soon after, Colby orchestrated a ski trip to Montana (her first time on the slopes, but Allie’s favorite winter activity) and proposed on the last day of their trip high up in the mountains.⁠

Now these two Charlestown locals are planning a beautiful wedding at the Boston Public Library next fall, and we are ecstatic! Congrats Colby and Allie 💕

Lauren and Nick’s wedding took place at Lauren’s childhood home, a stunning historic Marblehead estate overlooking the ocean, complete with an Italianate rose garden, fountains, and dramatic coastal cliffs. They exchanged hand-written vows during their first look among the roses, said “I do” on the front steps beneath a golden cod while a live painter captured the scene, and celebrated with lobster rolls by the pool and a champagne wall at dinner. Guests found their seats at tables named after the couple’s favorite New England beaches, and as the sun set, Lauren and Nick kicked off their shoes and took a moment to soak it all in on the cliffs before dancing the night away in the backyard.⁠

So grateful to Carats + Cake for featuring Katherine and Ryan’s iconic Bowery Hotel wedding - a deeply romantic candlelit celebration showcasing the timeless romance of New York City.⁠

From their Spanish class meeting at Rhodes College to building a life together in Tribeca, these two crafted a day that felt entirely their own: spring florals climbing the famous green-tiled fireplace, taxi-shaped place cards, Katherine in Vera Wang from the Upper East Side flagship, and their Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Henry, stealing the show in a bow tie (who is also featured on their cake!)⁠
