A heartfelt destination elopement for these high school sweethearts from Chicago đŸ„‚ Morgan and Morris met in study hall in 2011, where Morris always asked for her math homework answers. Six months later they were dating, and fourteen years later, they haven’t left each other’s sides. When it came time to plan their wedding, they knew exactly what they wanted: an elegant, timeless destination elopement somewhere meaningful to them.⁠

They fell in love with Boston’s history and charm on a birthday trip last year, so it felt like the perfect place to bring their families for a week to share some New England magic and celebrate their union. Their midwestern families cheered on the Red Sox game at Fenway Park, ate the best lobster rolls, and enjoyed a celebratory dinner in the North End.⁠

On the wedding day, Morgan and Morris got ready at the iconic Park Plaza before making their way to the Boston Public Garden for their ceremony, drawn to the greenery, florals, and adorable ducks (Morgan loves ducks!) After very teary vows, they spent the afternoon as husband and wife wandering around the pond, enjoying the quiet streets of Beacon Hill, and stopping for snacks on the way đŸ„š CONGRATS to these cuties!⁠

K & M feel most at home when they’re surrounded by water, whether that’s a beach in Florida, the ocean at P-Town, or right at home in Seaport ⚓⁠

Their ICA Boston wedding was a natural extension of that nautical motif, from the pride-decorated boat ride from the hotel to the museum dock, the heartfelt ceremony overlooking the marina, right down to the water tables in the theater surrounded by floor to ceiling views of the harbor. That’s right - the tables were custom made by the incredible team at Contagious Events, featuring raised place settings with bamboo cutlery surrounded by a serene pond filled with white dahlias on floating lily pads, horsetail, lotus pods, with lily grass and papyrus fern accents. The artists at Flou(-e)r designed all the florals from the tablescapes to the ceiling-suspended installation, which was nothing short of spectacular.⁠

Their guests were shocked and delighted when superstar drag queen Alaska emerged during dinner for an unforgettable performance đŸȘ©đŸ’ƒđŸŒ They wanted a true New England experience for their guests, so the menu leaned into local favorites like a raw bar, lobster rolls, and whoopie pies. The surprises continued into the night, with late night Shake Shack burgers and fries passed around the wild dance floor. A perfect night for K & M and all their loved ones.⁠

Amy & Jason’s wedding day was what they fondly referred to as, “The most epic dinner party we’ll ever host,” carefully selecting food and wine for their summer garden party at Elm Bank that reflected their shared love of food and travel.⁠

Amy is a food studies scholar and wine culturist with deep roots in community agriculture and sustainability, so a farm-to-table spirit was woven throughout the day - so much so that they chose their date intentionally to link up with peak tomato and corn season!⁠
⁠
The two pair together perfectly like pasta and a great bottle of red wine - a tradition they savor every Friday in their home, with Amy on pasta making duty, Jason mixing cocktails, and their beloved pup Kensi at their feet. They extended that hospitality to each guest at their wedding, with details like seating charts carved into cheese boards, fig place cards, a local homemade gelato cart, and cookbooks for guests to sign.⁠

Those thoughtful details full of love and intention were exactly what made this celebration feel so distinctly them - every detail was an invitation for their guests to feel as at home as they do at their own Friday night dinners. Benjamin and Olivia’s Bowery Hotel wedding was a sweet summer soiree filled with garden inspiration and Jewish tradition, with plenty of Beatles songs playing throughout (their favorite!)⁠

Olivia, a talented artist, painted the Central Park scene from their engagement onto their invitation suites and menus, and hand-illustrated every single table number with classic NYC scenes: a Mister Softee truck, the Empire State Building, the Guggenheim, Yankee Stadium, Radio City, a hot dog cart, and over a dozen more.⁠

After the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktail hour out on the terrace with the sounds of a jazz trio accompanying passed appetizers, then moved inside for an intimate candlelit dinner beneath a ceiling of trailing greenery and garden roses in blush and dusty rose. They cut a stunning four-tier floral cake, danced the hora with their families, and partied into the late hours of the night under the disco ball. Congrats to this beautiful NYC couple!⁠

Gracie and Ben’s wedding at The Garden at Elm Bank in Wellesley was full of garden romance from start to finish. Hydrangea bushes in full bloom framed their soft pastel ceremony arch, and their al fresco cocktail hour featured servers dressed in bow ties and striped aprons for some whimsical charm. Their adorable pup Cappy chased her parents down the aisle after their first kiss! đŸ¶â

Family and friends traveled all over the globe for this summer soiree, from Denver to South Africa, New York and Miami, filling the day with so much love and support. Gracie’s nephews served as ring bearers in the sweetest matching little looks that blended with the bridesmaids butter yellow and sage green palette perfectly. Gracie’s sister-in-law illustrated every piece of their stationery, invitations, napkins, and place cards, threading a sentimental artistic touch through the whole celebration 💛⁠

Cecilia and Eric met over coffee in Boston. Two years later, after countless international adventures and an engagement in Spain, they came back to where it started to make it official. They eloped in the early morning at the Boston Public Library, with just their immediate families gathered in the courtyard before the doors opened to anyone else. It was peaceful, calming, romantic, and absolutely stunning. Plus, starting the day at 7am meant that Cecilia and Eric had the rest of the day to celebrate and soak in the just-married feeling!⁠

BPL wedding ceremonies run on Mondays, booked three months out and often gone within minutes after they release.
