Completely in love with Dolly Parton at only six years old. ❤️

Back in 2020, we created this sweet little session around this gorgeous girl's love for Dolly, complete with her own handmade Coat of Many Colors and, of course, her guitar.

With the passing of Dolly this week, I couldn't help but think about this session.

There was something extraordinary about Dolly's ability to reach people across generations. Somehow, a little girl could hear her songs, see her sparkle, learn her stories and absolutely adore her.

I'm so grateful I got to photograph a tiny piece of that love.

Rest beautifully, Dolly. Thank you for the music, the stories, the kindness, the color, and for giving generations of little girls someone so wonderfully, unapologetically themselves to look up to...

Our favorite rodeo team has been nominated for Best of Boulder City!

As the official photographer for the Boulder City's High School Rodeo Team, I've had the honor of watching this team work incredibly hard, grow as athletes, and support one another every step of the way. I couldn't be happier to see them recognized with a Best of Boulder City nomination. It's well deserved.

I know they'd appreciate your vote if you love them as much as I do!

One of my favorite parts of what I do is getting a front row seat to the people who make our community special. It was an honor to photograph this year's Chamber Awards & Installation and celebrate the businesses, volunteers, and leaders who help make Boulder City such a great place to call home.
