BrokenPancreas BrokenPancreas is devoted people with diabetes--Living, Thriving, Unstoppable. The project has grown from there into something much bigger.

In the summer of 2010, founder, Ken Kotch traveled the country photographing people with diabetes who don't let it stop them, with the goal of publishing a book with their photos and stories. See our mission for more. Diabetics accomplish extraordinary things everyday, from setting world records in cross-country races to saving lives in service of their country. Broken Pancreas inspires diabetetics to never settle for ordinary.
