World Breastfeeding Week 🤍
Breastfeeding can be beautiful, exhausting, empowering, painful, healing, and everything in between. Every family's journey is unique, and no one should have to navigate it alone.
As both a mom and a doula, I've experienced just how much support can make a difference. My hope is that every family feels informed, encouraged, and never judged, whatever their feeding journey looks like.
This week, let's celebrate not perfection, but the love, dedication, and support that nourish our babies and their families.

Something beautiful is blooming this spring… 🌸

After months of gray skies and bundling little ones into coats, spring always feels like a deep breath. Warm sunshine, flowers returning, and little hands reaching for petals again.

This year I’m dreaming up something special for the season — spring sessions surrounded by blooms, soft greenhouse light, an open field, and water nearby for exploring.

These won’t be traditional mini sessions. Families will choose their own date and time so the experience can feel slower, playful, and natural — the way spring moments are meant to be.

🌞Sessions will be held near Grand Rapids Minnesota 🌞

And if you’re coming from a little farther away, it makes the sweetest spring day trip. Visit the Judy Garland Museum, explore the Mississippi riverfront, stop by the beautiful local library, and grab a bite at one of the many locally owned restaurants.

Come for photos, stay for a slow family day.
