Effective Immediately.
I will no longer be posting images of children’s faces on my photography account. I previously made this decision on my personal account with my own daughter and I feel confident in this decision.
The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals just ruled that privately possessing Al-generated CSAM which depicts "fictional" children, is constitutionally protected when it stays within the home.
The court ruled that the federal government can’t criminalize the private possession of obscene Al-generated CSAM under the statute at issue. Now, anyone can find a picture of a child’s face and turn it into sexual material, and it is completely legal.
I am a mother. I fiercely protect my child and will always so the same for other children. I will do what it takes to protect those who need it the most, perfectly innocent children.
