Beautiful rental property in Loxahatchee. This client actually ghosted me and never paid for or used these photos … lol. So baffling when grown adults behave like this and don’t respect other hardworking humans and, no, it was not a realtor. I’m a realtor … we’re not all bad! 😃

It’s an awesome property and the pics look great, so I thought I’d share. Anyone who has read this far, I’m going to let you in on a secret 👀 … these were all captured with an iPhone 🤫 Don’t believe the hype. The average property can be beautifully presented this way. The camera is a tool in the hands of the photographer. A poor photographer can take horrible pics with a pro camera and a pro photographer can take awesome HDR quality pics with an iPhone and pro editing. Let this be a cautionary post. When you are tempted to take your own real estate photos … just don’t 😆 And why would you? You’re a busy realtor. Outsource this part of the job to me! As a licensed realtor myself, I understand the urgency to get things done AND that sometimes you just can’t justify the cost of a full-blown photo shoot. That’s still no excuse for insulting the property or the profession, like this 😂 Message me … I have options. Awesome villa in Palm Beach Gardens I had the opportunity to photograph. Owned and renovated by a professional interior designer.
