A small but important change moving forward with MTM Media 🤍

With the world of social media and AI changing so quickly, I’ve been doing a lot of thinking about the responsibility I have when sharing images of the children who step in front of my camera.

Moving forward, any client under the age of 18 will require a model release signed by their parent or legal guardian before their images are shared publicly by MTM Media.

And I want to make something VERY clear: you absolutely have the right to say no.

Choosing not to give me permission to post your child will never affect the way I photograph your session, the images you receive or the experience I provide you. There will be no pressure and no hurt feelings. Your child’s privacy comes before my need to have another photograph on my portfolio or social media.

I absolutely love sharing my work…especially the beautiful families and little personalities I’m lucky enough to photograph, but I also believe parents deserve to have the final say in where their children’s images appear.

So moving forward, permission will be asked, not assumed 🤍

And if you’ve worked with me previously and would ever like an image of your child removed from my public pages, you’re always welcome to reach out to me privately & I will do so immediately.

✨ 2026 BOOKING UPDATE ✨

I seriously cannot believe I’m saying this already, but my weekends are officially FULL for the remainder of the year 😭🤍

HOW is it already September?! This year has absolutely flown by and I cannot thank you guys enough for keeping my calendar so incredibly full.

I currently have ONE weekday opening remaining for September:
📅 Wednesday, September 30th

After that, there will only be a few opportunities left to grab a mini session with me for the remainder of 2026:

🎄 My annual Christmas Minis at Birdhaven Greenhouse on 11.21 (daytime)
🌲 My annual Evergreen minis in Godley on 11.22
🏡 Christmas at the Cottage Minis on 11.01
📸 A very limited number of In-Studio Christmas Minis on 11.22

Outside of these, I will NOT be releasing any additional mini sessions for the remainder of the year.

That does NOT mean I’m disappearing for the winter ❄️ I will continue booking regular sessions throughout the winter months. Indoor studio sessions will still be available, with the studio rental fee added to my normal photography session fee and I will absolutely continue offering outdoor maternity sessions throughout the winter for my mamas who want that beautiful winter look 🤍

I genuinely cannot thank everyone enough for another incredible year. Every booking, referral, tag, share, repeat client and new face that has trusted me with their memories has helped make this possible.

To already be looking at a completely booked weekend calendar through the end of the year is something I will NEVER take for granted.

A couple months ago, I made a post looking for someone to join the MTM Media team…someone who could help capture behind the scenes content, help with set ups, second shooting, etc and in exchange, I’d share whatever knowledge and experience I could along the way.

Then came Laney 🥹📸 And I seriously could not have picked a better person.

She has been nothing short of amazing. Through a couple health issues I’ve been dealing with recently, she has stepped up without hesitation…even accompanying me to weddings last minute just to make sure I was okay while still helping me get the job done.

Yesterday she joined me for an absolutely beautiful wedding and captured some GORGEOUS content for me and I just needed to give her the recognition she deserves.
