My heart is heavy today knowing that two beautiful little girls lost their amazing Mama.

Erin was an amazing woman - so strong, so loving, so giving to others. I remember when she asked me to be a part of this idea she had for World Breastfeeding Week - I was in awe of her passion for what moved her.

May your sweet soul rest in peace, Erin.

The beauty captured in this very moment leaves me speechless.
