Name something more magical than a parent bonding with their new baby in those first few weeks. The exhaustion has set in, there is healing for everyone, new routine, learning each other, and so many other things happening..but despite it all, the moment you look at the perfect little human that you get to now raise and watch grow into their own person puts everything in perspective. I know those first days/weeks are hard, but I PROMISE you, you will never regret taking a day to get out of the house and get those photos taken. In just a few months time you’ll look back and be able to remember those special moments and the rest will be a total blur. Also, how STUNNING is this Momma?! You’d never believe this is her 4th! We had an absolute blast working together for her maternity and newborn session. Hair and makeup by . 2024 was an adventure of a year full of highs and lows! It was one of my biggest years of personal and professional growth. My injury in September (or course busy season) definitely challenged me more than I ever have been, but I made it through. I am a little over one week post op and finally regaining my strength and now pain free after they removed 2” of tissue that was pushing directly on my spinal cord and nerves. To my amazing clients, thank you again for another great year! Words could never explain my gratitude for you trusting me to be your photographer. I am slowly able to be at my computer more and getting back into the swing of things. I hope everyone had an amazing holiday season and I’m ready for all 2025 has to bring!

This cutie is definitely on the nice list. Her little cheeks are just the best. I’m so grateful I got to photograph her big brother just two years ago. Can’t wait to share more from their session! My calendar is filling quickly, so if you are in your second trimester, now is the time to reach out!

No worrying about cleaning the house or having a “picture perfect” living space. Let me take care of that for you! All sessions include hair and makeup and access to my client closet as well as all props, wraps, etc. needed for the session. Currently booking through May 2025.

I'm not going to lie, I am not going to be sad to see 2024 go😝. This has been one of the biggest years of growth, but also one of the most challenging, personally and professionally. Being a small business owner is not for the faint of heart. We are human, we make mistakes, we have unexpected things occur, and finding reliable help and support is an even bigger challenge. There are so many things beyond our control, and yet, I feel that I can speak for most business owners when I say that if there's a bump in the road, we take it to heart and are most likely up at night worried about it. I have always, and will forever continue leading my business with empathy, kindness, and love. I truly believe what you put out there, you get back 10 fold. This holiday season as you are shopping for gifts, please remember all of your small businesses friends (I do offer gift cards!).

Reading reviews like this where I know my client felt the love that I have for my craft as well as empowered through her experience, reminds me that through all of the challenges, late nights, stress, etc. it is always 100% worth it. In true 2024 fashion I realized this morning that my Black Friday post did not post 🤦‍♀️. So be on the lookout for that this evening! Happy Sunday! Reveal day is always a fun day! It's been back to back appointments and I love getting to see everyone's reactions to their images. My outdoor and in-studio mini days are a wrap for the year, however, I have 2 open evenings for family sessions the second week in December if you are still looking to do a family session. It was so fun seeing so many repeat clients and it's always my favorite part of the year!
