At preschool age, he’s all motion and imagination—half mischief, half magic, and completely certain the world was made for exploring.

He runs before he walks into a moment, asks questions that don’t have answers yet, and turns the ordinary into something worth chasing. One minute he’s a superhero saving the day, the next he’s studying something tiny like it holds the biggest secret in the world.

There’s a confidence growing in him now, but still soft around the edges—still reaching for a hand when things feel too big, still pausing long enough to be reminded he’s small in all the best ways.

They’re not quite a newborn anymore, and not yet a toddler—somewhere in that in-between stage where everything feels new again.

Their eyes follow every sound like the world is just starting to make sense. Little rolls, bigger stretches, stronger hands reaching for things they almost understand but can’t quite name yet.

There’s personality showing up in small flashes now—curious looks, sudden giggles, the way they settle into familiarity like they’ve always belonged there.
