Today, I closed the doors of my studio.
After much prayer, much thought processing and a large push from above (walking into my studio to find inches of water more than once or twice over the past 4-5 months can do that!) I made the decision to close my physical studio.
There has been a sense of peace that came after I made this decision, even though my brain maybe keeps telling me otherwise….I’m choosing to silence that voice and keep moving forward.
And after today, after I packed up the last of my newborn wraps, took down the portraits from my wall, carried my candy bucket up to my van, I know in my heart of hearts that this decision is a good one.
There are so many places to go now that weren’t available when I first opened my studio.
Thank you to each and every one of my clients that joined me in this space. The memories I have from our time together keeps me moving forward. I love the time I get with clients and their families. Hearing their stories, creating the joy of these moments in life…it’s the best.
God has and always will have great plans for me. I can’t wait to see what the next year brings! Closing one door opens many. Stick around for the ride!
I will still be taking clients. Still be capturing your joy and still loving every minute of it!
