I lost my dad at an early age. An age before smart phones and most social media.

These videos - the photos we took - that's what I have to look back on.

I sat with my daughter a couple of nights ago. I showed her Papa Steve and Grandma Joanne and all the other people who would have loved her so much.

I encourage you- take the photos at every stage of life. You'll never regret having them to look back on.

I'll happily follow you to the lake, to make smores, to Andy's to get ice cream. Just normal family activites- they don't have to be a fancy night of dressing up in a field.
