Over the years, I’ve been trusted to document so many chapters of life, newborns taking their first breaths, couples beginning their forever, growing families, and even the quiet, precious moments spent with loved ones in their final weeks.

Today, I had the privilege of documenting something different, a celebration of life. A room filled with stories, tears, laughter, memories, and the unmistakable impact of a life well lived. It was an honor to witness and preserve these moments for a family saying goodbye to a husband, father, and friend. While photography often captures beginnings, today was a reminder that every life story deserves to be remembered from beginning to end.

Please lift up this beautiful family today and in the weeks to come.

Something big is happening🖤

Bo***ir is so different from any other form of photography. It’s raw and vulnerable. It takes bravery and trust. To see a woman come in afraid and unsure and to see her transform into someone proud of their own skin. There is nothing in the world like it.

Going forward, it’s business as usual for Jessica Capps Photography but I’ve chosen to add a space dedicated just to bo***ir. All women are welcome to follow along! This will be a safe space to share the ins and out of bo***ir and celebrate each other.
