Next week on Tuesday begins my 47th year in business. Thomas Morelli Photography became a sole proprietorship in 1980, as I transisitioned from manager/trainer of 36 Sears Studios in New England to freelancing, and then officially opening a bricks and mortar studio. I'd like to give my younger self, on his first day "on the job", some tips and hints of what's to come over the next 46 years. But he might have quit and gone to work at a bowling alley. So, my 23 year old friend, hang on.
