A moment for the dress.

I love to treat the fashion as its own character in the story. Anne’s engagement session dress perfectly matched not only the location but the natural vibe she was after. It was whimsical and fun, moved effortlessly and looked so good on her. I love the puff sleeve and flared silhouette. It’s feminine and playful and a bit vintage inspired.

Aver & Jake at Jasna Polana will be a favorite always & forever.

I can’t wait to be back in two weeks.

This year I’m challenging myself to shoot more horizontal and more film. So this post is a mix of exactly that. Phones have made everything vertical, but you can be more creative with a horizontal composition.

Spring weddings are in full swing and this one was full of beauty, emotion, fashion and fun! Olivia and Cody really wanted spontaneous photos that weren’t too prim and proper and I think we capture that, incorporating lots of movement and letting events unfold naturally
