Fall is such a beautiful season — the colors, the light, the cozy feeling in the air. It’s also one of my favorite times to photograph families. There’s just something about kids playing in the leaves, parents cuddling up in sweaters, and the golden sun setting a little earlier that makes these sessions so special.

Okay, I am a day late,
But Luna’s two—and somehow also 25.
Last year she was wobbling around,
Now she’s giving out orders like a tiny CEO.

She talks non-stop, sings loud,
dances like no one’s watching.
She’s the wild one of the four,
Climbing things she shouldn’t,
Bossing us like she pays rent.
But she’s also the sweetest.

Every day, she waits at the door for Daddy,
With such joy!
Waving her little hands like he’s a rock star.
“Baba’s home!”, waiting to be picked up!
And yeah, it gets us. Every. Single. Time.

Luna, you’re growing into this little person
Who loves to laugh, to dance,
To sing off-key at the top of your lungs,
And yeah… to tell everyone what to do.
You’re definitely the boss—
Of this house and my heart.

Since having Maya, my youngest, my priorities have shifted. As a mom of four, there's only so much I can do. My kids are my focus this season, but I still love working with clients whenever I can.
