THe Studios in Brighton This spacious beautiful photographic studio home is designed for Models, Photographers, Makeup & Hair Artists and Fashion Designers. Do what you are proud of.

With intimate studios and natural lighting, it’s the perfect space to get the perfect shot. The Studios have 3 separate rooms for shooting. The Bo***ir is a white room with a queen size bed with 2 mirrors, Northeast natural light. You are welcome to bring different colored comforters, blankets, pillows etc. The room measures 11’ X 12’.5” $35/hour

The vintage room is a warm room with a lot of diff

erent textures. It boasts Northwest natural light. It measures 9’11” X 11’7” $35/hour

The largest room with multiple back drops has a black or white cloth measuring 10’ W X18’ long. Another option is white paper. The room also has a Christmas back drop (10’ X 8’) and a corner for casual photos. Northwest natural light. $50/hour
Included with your booking is a room for hair and makeup, a clothing rack, iron and ironing board, small steamer as well as a variety of staging items. Water and coffee will be offered. A full-sized bathroom is available. You should plan to bring your own staging items, all lighting and equipment. If you haven’t been here before we encourage you to come several days early to see exactly what you are renting. Hold Harmless Agreement

It is known that THe Studios in Brighton at (4820 Mt. Princeton Street, Brighton, Colorado 80601) is a third party organization and is not responsible for the relationships using this space to include but not limited to: Model, Photographer, Videographer, Makeup Artist, Hair Stylist, Designer, Family Member or Friend. By using the space, you agree to the following. You are responsible for any damage(s) caused during your session. You are responsible for making wise decisions and safeguards in place. You are responsible for the expectations, during and after your session. You are responsible for any injuries incurred during your shoot using any equipment. You are responsible for your own transportation. You are responsible for your own objectives and expectations. You are responsible for the type of shoot.
