An intimate Colorado wedding filled with the kind of moments that make a day feel entirely your own. 🤍

Sabrina & Ben brought their families together at Fossil Trace for a celebration that was small in size but full of meaning. Personal vows, a Catholic prayer from Ben’s mom, stomping the glass, the hora, and so many little pieces of their families woven throughout the day.

One of my favorite things about photographing intimate weddings is how much room there is to simply be present. I get to slow down with my couples, really get to know the people they love, and photograph all of those little interactions that might otherwise go unnoticed. By the end of Sabrina & Ben’s day, it felt a whole lot less like I was there to work and a lot more like I was lucky enough to be part of it.

So incredibly happy for these two and grateful I got to tell this little piece of their story.

The sweetest part of Presley & Colton's wedding wasn’t the dessert. (Though warm skillet cookies and ice cream made a pretty strong case!)

It was the people.

Before the ceremony even ended, family and friends gathered around Presley and Colton to pray over their marriage. It was one of those moments that quiets everything else, a reflection of the faith that has shaped their relationship from the very beginning.

Throughout the day, I found myself hearing the same things over and over again.

“Presley is one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet.”

“Colton has such a strong faith.”

It didn’t matter who I was talking to. Bridesmaids, family, guests… everyone described them the same way. And after spending the day with them, it was easy to see why.

They made time for everyone. They greeted every hug with genuine joy, every conversation with their full attention, and every person who came to celebrate felt seen.

As the sun dipped behind the vineyard, we stole away for a few quiet portraits before they returned to exactly where they wanted to be: with the people they love most.

They laughed over warm skillet cookies and melting ice cream, filled the dance floor all night, and celebrated a marriage built on faith, kindness, and the community that has surrounded them every step of the way.

Watching the way they love the people around them made it easy to understand why so many people showed up to love them right back.

It looked like summer — vibrant blooms, golden light, and a Colorado sky that couldn’t decide between sunshine and rain.

It sounded like laughter echoing beneath the tent, live saxophone filling the air, and endless cheers for the newlyweds.

It tasted like ch*****ne poured in celebration, buttercream frosting shared between kisses, and one more toast because no one was quite ready for the night to end.

It felt like joy in its purest form. 🤍

If we could dream up the perfect Colorado wedding, it would probably look a lot like Josie and Will’s.

A private mountain property tucked into the hills of Silverthorne. Aspens at peak gold. Crisp fall air. Cowboy hats and boots paired with a lace gown and heirloom pearls. Cheers from Coors cans clinking during the ceremony. Mountain views in every direction, and a reception that felt more like the best family gathering you’ve ever been invited to than a formal event.

Every detail reflected them, from the western style woven throughout the day to the cozy blankets, stealing a few quiet moments together as the sun dipped behind the mountains, and the kind of celebration where everyone stayed until the stars came out.

Beautiful venues are one thing. A place that already feels like home is something entirely different.

Josie and Will, thank you for inviting us into your little corner of the Rockies. It was one of those wedding days we’ll be thinking about for a long time.

A downtown Denver wedding with brick walls, ch*****ne blooms, candlelight, and one very obvious truth:

Bridget and Evan are best friends.

The entire day felt easy in the way only the strongest relationships do. Quiet smiles during portraits. Happy tears during the ceremony. The kind of laughter that spreads through an entire room. Every moment felt less like a production and more like a celebration of two people who genuinely love doing life together.

Their wedding blended industrial charm with soft, romantic details. Warm neutrals, layered florals, glowing candlelight, and thoughtful touches that made the space feel both elegant and deeply personal. But the real magic was in the way they looked at each other all day long.

Jordyn & Kyle somehow managed to make a black tie winter wedding feel both incredibly elegant and completely laid back.

From the moment they saw each other during their first look, the rest of the day just unfolded naturally. Lots of happy tears, lots of laughter, and the kind of excitement that never wore off from getting ready all the way through the last song.

Their day was filled with candlelit aisles, white florals, ch*****ne toasts, Christmas trees glowing in the background, and some of the best views Castle Rock has to offer. Every detail felt intentional without ever feeling overdone.

But what I keep coming back to is how much they genuinely enjoyed being together. The way they looked at each other during portraits, the smiles during the ceremony, the dip down the aisle after saying “I do,” and the way they spent the entire reception celebrating with the people they love most.

A beautiful day, beautiful people, and a dance floor that absolutely understood the assignment.
