It's baby season and I LOVE it!! Here are a few FAQ's about how I do my newborn sessions:

-When should I schedule a newborn session?
I try to get your sweet babies into the studio within the first 14 days of their life. I usually ask that you message as soon as you get home from the hospital so that we can get you on my books!

-What do I need to bring?
You can bring anything sentimental that you may want to include. I've worked with army uniforms, special jewelry, deer heads, etc. Nothing specific you want to include, don't worry! I have all of the props, swaddles and things like that in studio to do a complete session!

This sweet family session was a true testament to REAL life. When we arrived to our location, we had a pants malfunction and forgotten diaper bag. Instead of panicking or letting it ruin the vibe, we just went with it!

I love creating genuine memories and this will go down as one of my favorite family sessions because who hasn't been there??

To all my parents out there, don't forget, this is our first time living too! Remember to just go with it and enjoy the moment, it's okay to laugh at ourselves and keep going.

Hi friends!! I haven't done an introduction in so long and have so many new faces here.

My name is Kylie Caffey. I took the leap a little over a year ago to leave my teaching job and pursue photography full time and it has been the best decision of my life! When I'm not at a session or wedding, I am attempting to edit while chasing my (almost) one year old, Kalhen, around. I also have the best husband ever who has supported me every single step of the way in my photography journey, he is ALWAYS pouring into my cup. Literally that is him pouring into my cup.

Having the opportunity to stay home with my baby and still have an income to help support our family is something I don't take lightly, I am SO SO SO thankful for each and every single one of you for supporting me and this business. I absolutely love being a part of all of your special moments and consider my clients to be some of my best friends. Seriously, sometimes y'all are my only adult interaction of the day other than my husband. 😜 Above all, thank you for being patient with me, my first priority is taking care of our sweet baby and sometimes that means it does take the full contracted time to get those gallery's out.

If you haven't seen, I was recently able to open a studio that has already been filled with baby cuddles and lots of laughter. I cannot wait for more sweet newborns, milestone sessions, couples and branding sessions to take place in my little dream building.

We are so close to the end of the year and boy has this one been so good to me! Here are some things to look forward to:
