The new BankStar Financial building being constructed in Elkton, SD is getting a face lift. The brick facade is being installed. The weather has cooperated with the masonary contractor and therefore making good progress.

Enjoy this scenic video of downtown Brookings, SD. It was a gorgeous Sunday afternoon. In the foreground is the old Park and Recreation Armory. This will be the site of a new hotel that will begin construction in 2024. The armory will be renovated as well. What an exciting project coming to downtown Brookings.

The new Flandreau Fire Station being built by WS Construction Management is wrapping up and will be finished in just a few weeks. The design of the facility by JLG Architects is beautiful yet functional. The building will be ready for service come May of 2024.

The construction of the BankStar Financial bank building in Volga, SD is in the final stages of completion. The asphalt parking lot will be put down in a week. The floors are getting laid down and odd and ends are will be left to do. Clark Drew Construction is ahead of schedule and the building will be move-in ready at the end of May, 2024. This beautiful building was designed by Perspective out of Sioux Falls, SD.

Despite the harsh cold, work on installing the brick façade at the new BankStar Financial building in Volga, SD continues unabated. Both the east and north sides have been successfully completed. The exquisite architectural design by Perspective enhances the building's allure. Situated in a prime location, the building stands as a symbol of BankStar's contribution to the community, radiating both beauty and functionality.

The brick facade on the new BankStar Financial building in Volga, SD is being installed as the coldest days of winter are setting in. Clark Drew Construction of Brookings, SD has their subs taping and finishing the HVAC system. Aside from the snow and cold, the project continues to make good progress.

Landscaping around the Flandreau Fire Station in Flandreau, SD will have to wait until the spring. Winter has finally come. Once the garage doors are installed, the building will be fully enclosed allowing WS Construction Management to continue with electrical, HVAC and the rest of the interior work.

The Flandreau Fire Station in Flandreau, SD has finished most of the exterior. The garage doors, entry doors and windows have yet to be installed. Interior rough-in is in its final stages.
This project is being built by WS Construction Management out of Sioux Falls, SD. They do great work. I would recommend considering WS Construction Management for your future building.

Construction on the new BankStar Financial building in Volga, SD by Clark Drew Construction is on track. Most of the work being done is to the interior. The sheetrock is almost complete as of December 10, 2023.

Clark Drew Construction is close to having the new BankStar Financial building in Elkton, SD closed in. Both the framing and the roof are now complete and rough-in will start in earnest the week of Dec. 18th.
It was just last August when the old bank building was demolished. Now the new building sits in the same location and is well on its way to serving the Elkton, SD community and surrounding area in the near future.

WS Construction Management is in the final stage of pouring the concrete floor in the garage area of the City of Flandreau Fire Station in Flandreau, SD. The floor is heavily reinforced to support the weight of the fire trucks. Rough-in is almost complete as well.
