America has chosen.
If you voted for this new direction, I really hope you did so with all the knowledge of what their idea is of America. If not, then, here is a little snippet of what is in store along with the link to their whole agenda.

1. Cut Social Security. I was planning on having about $1,300 monthly along with the 30% of my income I've been able to save along the way. I'm going to need a lot more when SSI is gone.
2. Cut Medicare. I guess having affordable healthcare when I'm older is out of the question. Good luck saving enough money for retirement and healthcare at this point.
3. End Affordable Healthcare Act. If you have any pre-existing conditions, its probably going to have to come out of pocket or drain your families saving, since they will no longer be required to cover you. Healthcare is a business, and if they are not required to by law, they won't. I guess the voters don't remember what it was like before 2010 when this was voted into law.
4. Eliminate the Department of Education. Sarah works for the Department of Education, so there goes that job along with many others who are employed with the government. Goodbye pension.
So, with everything that is coming our way, I will have to spend my full energy to making as much money as possible so I don't have to work another 20 years to hopefully afford 5 years of retirement.
My hope is, like his last term, he doesn't accomplish anything but give the wealthy a tax cut. But they have had 4 years of planning, being angry, and vengeful to let that happen again. They are ready to implement this day one this time.
So which ever way you voted, I really hope you did all the homework that was needed to make an informed decision.
Its a new game to be played. Be ready, have a plan, and figure out whatever you need to do stay ahead of whatever is to come.
It was a fun 5 years. I want to thank everyone who supported me during my photography journey, it was nice to get away and learn a new skill. I'm just glad I have the skills, the work ethic and understanding of what I need to get done before I hopefully can retire and get back to photography.
I wish everyone nothing but good fortune and life.
Kind Regards,
Scott Youmans
