Because no one asked, I'm going to share a little perspective from a girl who does not have kids of her own but has kids around almost everyday.

It seems that once you have kids, as a parent, what and how you do things in life is pretty much for them. That is so amazing and selfless! Honestly, parents don't get enough props for simply being parents. But sometimes it also seems, it's easy to forget to prioritize your partner. Don't forget that what and how you do things in life for your partner is how your kids will learn to treat and be treated in their future relationships. They are literally mini yous. YOU are the example for them. YOU are a BIG DEAL! And YOU ARE doing your best!
