Power over life
Power is not a feeling remember I told you, you won’t feel anything. I needed that reminder, Holy Spirit said that to me on August 3rd or 4th of 2023. We can get locked into stories about encounters with God, but what has God told you? Everything in the word is absolutely true we have to have the faith and the know how, or skill to get what’s promised. Yes there are evil altars and evil spirits that work against destinies but Jesus is far above all of that. Our inheritance is in Christ where no demon or fallen Angel can get it because Jesus is God. God the Father is our dad and his love for us is exactly as he said it is. The Spirit of God is in you! He is not an angel, Arch angel, Elder or any other name he is God. Our position is fortified by the triune God and everything that comes with that.
A lot of Christians don’t lack the faith, we lack knowledge, not information but actual practical skill/ kingdom know how. We’ll say things like it’s common sense, that’s weird because if it were so easily accessed then why does Job 28, the entire book of Proverbs, Eccles, etc stress the procuring of wisdom. We are instructed to buy it and not sell it. There is wisdom that is common, there’s also wisdom that we gain through education. There are two levels of spiritual wisdom. There is knowledge and wisdom gotten from Satan and his cohorts and then there is the ultimate level of wisdom we access from God.
You might ask how come people who don’t know God do so well? There are laws that form the world, and the world’s systems these laws were created by the God and are backed by his integrity. the laws can be studied and learned. Some
have just mastered the right one and the impact on their lives was incalculable. Of course the downside to that is steep, if you die without ever coming into relation with God you’ll spend an eternity in torment.
Ok I get it Jesus is Lord, but what about these bills? The relationship we have with God our daddy through Jesus Christ is based on an eternal, irrevocable covenant. This is detailed in our Bible, it itemizes our daddy’s will for us. It also shows the length of and strength of his commitment to us. He loved us so much that he possessed His son by His Spirit and no matter what torture we put him through would not abandon his mission to save us. He has given back to man all things in Christ which is completely secure because it is in Christ and Christ is in God. However there’s more Holy Spirit is here in us, and with us to teach all things because the kingdom of God is not!!!! NYC, the USA or any place on the planet. It is not what you think, it’s not common sense, or book learning. That’s why we need a guide and not just any guide God himself. Ok back to bills, the earth system we go to school, grow up, get a job. Bills are responsibilities you pay them. Jesus however demonstrated the kingdom, he worked for his dad and his needs were met by the Kingdom he represented. How did he know so much about the Kingdom he studied it for thirty years and then went on forty day fast to defend his Thesis.
Graduated with the highest honors and then started to teach what he knew. Repent- you’re thinking wrong the Kingdom of God is here. Then he got into contention with scholars and other teachers and they killed him. My point in all this is if we know what Jesus knows we’ll get what he has.
After a long time of hanging out with Jesus the disciples asked for the skill, how do you do that? How do I do what? How do you pray? You go away for hours at night, early in the morning and then you come into town and nothing can stop you. We want to be unstoppable too. He teaches them this secret in their walk with him. During the sermon on the mount along with kingdom values, Jesus teaches the laws of giving, fasting and prayer. He teaches not only that we must do them but how to. There are several places that Jesus demonstrates prayer, it’s clearly not a sprint, or a casual conversation it’s long and intense but since Holy Spirit is here to help us because we don’t know how to, we too can accomplish the same things in prayer.
God loves us just as he loves Jesus, don’t take my word for it read John 17. Our inheritance is right where he said it is and it will stay right there until we learn the how of prayer. Not information but the practical application of truth daily. How to handle fear of failure, doubt, worry. Reading the Bible verses or repeating them is not the same as being stubborn enough to stick around until the God who said them reveals himself. He does not reveal himself to casuals. You’ll be saved your heaven tickets punched but you’re not in the Kingdom system. You don’t get access to all the benefits that you see others get. Your choice Holy Spirit is here the Bible is here. You can stay at the saving station as my mom always says or you can actually learn how this kingdom works because once you do you can write your own ticket like me🤗.
First stop after accepting Christ is learning to read the Bible with the intention of learning the culture and system of the kingdom. Next of course is learning what prayer is and how it is done. These two keys of the kingdom will be the anchor and bedrock of your faith. No intellectualism will replace it. This is a must I’m telling you, one can be saved for fifty years and not know how to pray. The evidence will be all around you. You’ll be saved and lack money, peace, joy, healing, favor the list goes on. This is where the more experienced of us will have the pushback, don’t let pride cheat you, self reliance does not fly in this in fact it will kill your experience. In the kingdom we were made to rely on God in a way that makes most of us extremely uncomfortable but God remains God he will not change his laws because we don’t like them. Plus he knows what’s best for us. What’s best, honoring our daddy, following of the Lord Jesus and being lead by Holy Spirit. That’s how we win in this Kingdom. The alternative is being saved yet angry, frustrated and confused. The ability to read English does not make it simple,. it supposed to go the way I say! It’s not and the sooner we become like a little child, we’ll see and enter the Kingdom. If a noteworthy scholar and teacher like Nichodemus could not figure it out, why do you think you will. 🤗
