I didn't pursue my passion for cooking at an early age. But I did enroll in a cooking class for 6 months and got my certificate. Cooking Asian, Spanish, and dabbling in French cuisine has become something I really enjoy doing for my family and friends - it's a way I love bringing people together through food. Whether it's a gathering or just a quiet dinner at home, cooking lets me share a piece of myself with others. I never ended up opening a restaurant. Looking back, it's interesting how life turned out. Cooking remains a part of my life. Maybe not pursuing it "early on" didn't mean it wouldn't find its way back in.
