A micro wedding overlooking the East River means playing tourist on your own turf. After a beautiful, intimate ceremony with Kathryn and Oskar, we took to exploring all of the nooks and crannies of Brooklyn Bridge Park and Brooklyn Heights. From old red brick walls to canopied, tree-lined streets and views of New Yorkers’ impressive parallel parking skills. It was so very Brooklyn, and I loved every bit of it 🗽🍕

Friday with Jamie and Andrew was such a joy. ✨ Their day began getting ready with their party people before heading over to the stunning Cross Estate Gardens for an intimate, sweet first look. We reunited with their guests in the garden of the Olde Mill Inn, where Jamie and Andrew exchanged the most perfect vows. Into the evening, the lights dimmed, and the dance floor turned into an early 2000s pop punk rager (which, if you know me, you’ll know this made it EXTRA hard to head home!).

This reception space serving Gothic Revival-chic in the heart of the Lower East Side, and I am LIVING for it.

The Angel Orensanz Foundation is one of the oldest Gothic Revival synagogues in New York, and the history that this space preserves is quite literally unmatched. It served as the perfect meeting ground for Corey and Nadia’s wedding day, offering luxe grandeur and everything you would need for the most epic and memorable day ever.

The alternative ending to “Dear John” was Robert and Nicole’s wedding this past weekend at Arrow Park 🌿

Rob and Nicole met in high school (both stage crew kids!) with the sweetest love story. Together, they survived years of long-distance and even writing hundreds of love letters to each other while Rob was in the army (hence the Dear John reference, lol). These letters are such an important piece of their history — Nicole even read an excerpt from one during their ceremony.

Throughout the day, it was evident that Robert and Nicole put a lot of attention to detail and hard work into making their wedding day tell their story. The little bits of handmade details, like the custom rings created by their close friend and her father, Rob making the chuppah that they stood under during the ceremony, all the way down to an absolutely killer choreographed first dance 🔥

I can’t think of a better way to close out my time at Arrow Park this summer - it has been a pleasure working at this venue three times this year and I can’t wait to be back.

Faith and Zach are proof that rain on your wedding day can, in fact, be just another element. Rather than letting the rain put a damper on the day, Faith and Zach rolled with the punches and let the day happen, and it turned out better than anyone could have ever imagined.

Arrow Park never ceases to completely blow my mind. It transports you to what feels like an Italian Villa but right in the middle of the most beautiful Hudson Valley landscape. With Mediterranean-inspired blooms, a picturesque venue, and a couple ready to get hitched, it was a day surely no one would forget.

With everything being al fresco plus the rain, safe to say the dance floor was absolutely soaking by the end of the night. Even so, that didn’t stop Faith, Zach, and 120 of their guests from actually tearing it UP on the dance floor. 

Moral of the story: never let anyone or anything stop you from living it UP on the best day of your lives. Faith and Zach are a testament to that, and I’d say their wedding was a H-I-T 🔥

Imagine planning your wedding in one month, all for it to be executed to PERFECTION. That’s the story of Abby and Conor.

On an absolutely unreal Thursday evening, Abby and Conor said their ‘I do’s’ under the dreamiest sunset, overlooking the Hudson River. It was an intimate setting with 30 of their closest family and friends, celebrating Abby and Conor in a beautiful, emotional ceremony under the chuppah. Westchester Florist - Weddings & Events executed the most stunning wildflower-feeling arrangements that only enhanced the effortless nature of Abby and Conor’s day.

In true Abby and Conor fashion, they did exactly THEM. From getting ready together, to walking down the aisle together, and overall focusing on what mattered to them in that moment, over anything else.

SO grateful for the incredible vendor team and for Abby and Conor, who put their trust in me, and all of the vendors who came together to make their day possible 🫶
