Sadly COVID has definitely made me cut back on both traveling and diving. So I recently bought a massive storage device [60 TB] so that I could download all of my hard drives to one location and I’m finding some gems like this shot from the Cayman Islands in 2014 that I never posted. We were snorkeling off the back of the tour boat and this was the view. Would you jump in? I will be digging through my archives for more posts from old travels until we all can once again experience the world through travel.

15 JAN 21: I should’ve been working this morning but I found my mind on my son - so I made this. Looking at where we are struggling as a country it can feel overwhelming. So I will continue to look at him for hope as focus my energy on raising a man that can reflect on himself and grow, a young man contributes to his community, and maintains perspective. Also I probably should’ve paid for the “O” image so the “stock” wouldn’t be on it haha.

Took the family to Key West to escape New York City’s cold weather. While I lay on my back in the pool I looked up at a perfectly silhouetted sky directly under the path of incoming flights. So...I started taking pictures. Here’s a composite of the flights that came in over the course of an hour. I could t decide which one I liked better. The second image (diagonal) is the actual flight path. Comment which one is better and Happy New Year!

20 OCTOBER 2020: Throwback to the last time I was diving in Kauai and an eagle ray swam past with the longest pointiest tail. It must be hard to manage with that thing.

5 | SEPTEMBER | 2020: I found some wave shots I did a few years back in Hawaii. This reminds me of Hokusai - it’s only missing Mt. Fuji in the background. I’m a big fan of the color palette, tones, hues. I only did minor edits to this shot so this is almost straight out of the camera.
