Shooting Juli & Bryan’s Bronx Zoo wedding was incredible. Being trained in photojournalism, I don’t really consider myself a traditional wedding photographer so when I’m asked to shoot one it’s always an adventure in blending my style with a client’s needs.

Since I really value storytelling over the “gotcha” shots, I like to spend time with clients outside of the chaos of the ceremony and reception just documenting their moments as a couple. Really thrilled with these shots from the butterfly garden. 🌿🦋
