Steadicam Operator Kyle Fasanella Steadicam Operator Based in NYC Kyle Fasanella was born in Milford, CT. it was there, that he was exposed to college level psychology and astronomy.

His first exposure to film occurred in 2000 where he started shooting movies for fellow classmates. Attending Suncoast (routinely ranked as one of the best high schools in the United States.) He began to study the phycological effects of time space perspective. Such as, how camera position relative to a characters eyeline can increase or decrease empathy. ton manipulating, space-time tool, Kyle experimented with moving shots, by shooting everything in his life since 2004. These videos have been edited down to a few minutes and featured on vimeo. While obtaining a BA Degree in Cinema Studies at the University of Central Florida he purchased a Steadicam Flyer. After practice and personal training with Peter Abraham, he received Steadicam Certification in 2005. He regularly does Yoga and skateboarding to perfect the fine balance required for great steadicam operating. Kyle was then accepted and attended UCF’s prestigious limited access BFA film production program in Orlando, while spending summer on professional film productions in NYC. After obtaining his second film degree he moved to NYC permanently to pursue his passion of filming. He has been working frequently on independent productions within New York City and abroad, serving as a Steadicam Operator, cinematographer, and videographer.
