Did you know there’s a Haunted Broadway Walking Tour?

While photographing experiences for Airbnb Experiences , I had the chance to capture this incredibly fun tour produced by New York Broadway Tours - hosted by Mike Haber , and founded by Amada Anderson.

It’s a brilliant mix of Broadway history, iconic musicals, and ghost stories—all woven into one immersive experience.

What surprised me most? Everyone on the tour was a New Yorker… and unapologetically deep into musical theater.

Pedicabs are the unheard heroes of NYC’s tourist industry. These guys are always moving, high energy, and giving tourists a warm, happy and warm side of the city.
I shot this session for Airbnb’s “Experiences”. I’ve not only learnt to see my own city from a different light but to help promote the gigging industry that’s been fading away.

Reading the room, understanding your client, staying open to change on site, being resourceful and truly creative — that can save you and your clients tons of time and money.

My greatest goal is producing images that both my clients and I love — images that tell a story and sell what they need to sell, without tons of gear, studio spaces, or unnecessary production.

I’m not against big productions. But I’m absolutely pro guerrilla-style work and clear taste.

These are a few images from yesterday’s shoot.

These images are part of an ongoing series made in Oaxaca, Mexico — through a reversed gaze.

Beyond the surface color lies something older.
Ancestral. Structural.

Oaxaca holds a discreet ceremonial rhythm —
where ancestral rituals dissolve into everyday life.

Here, the sacred is quiet.
And poetry is habitual.

My friend Erica .nyc just opened her 4th photo/multi purpose studio at .nyc — and I’ve photographed them all.
This one is special.
All white. Southern-facing. Beautiful natural light all day.

To capture it properly, I used a technical bracketed workflow to preserve every tonal detail — especially in a space this bright. We also added human presence to give it scale and warmth.
Spaces are more than square footage.
They’re experiences.

Loved shooting this event, it was for the recently opened car collector’s club “Car Part Time” in Williamsburg. It was the screening of the film “Restored” by which tells a real story - quiet interesting, an de inspiring- about Brooklyn Coachworks founder Daniel Marcelo , probably the top Land Rover Defender restoration builder in the US.

Back when Clarisa and me had “The Sandwich Shop” - coincidentally- Brooklyn Coach Works were one of our weekly costumers. If you’re into resilience, love for a craft and inner strength + beautiful car restorations, and specially Land Rovers, you must check out this film.
