These sweethearts are leaving Brooklyn for the upstate life and wanted to capture their favorite neighborhood memories before they left. They took me on a tour of Prospect Park to show me their favorite tree, have a picnic and then run wild through the water arches at the playground. What a day! Feels so special to be a part of that with them 🥰

It is incredible what 6 months can hold! Just a little context- Anne and Jan are family, Pieter’s brother and sister-in-law. It was so sweet to be able to take photos with them on our trip to Belgium. We were all anticipating this little kiddo coming into the world and took guesses at names and weight and s*x.

Now, just six months after these photos, we have a bright smiling Remus! (See last image). We now receive a “Remus of the day picture” in our family thread. It’s amazing 🥰

Photos in the first year are so special because life changes at a rapid pace and it can be such a blur. To be able to look back and pause for a minute on all that has happened since that time is really something. @ Sint-Amands
