I want to introduce you to someone pretty special. š¤
This is Dani ā Kinship Photoās associate photographer, and honestly? She brings something to this work that I genuinely donāt think anyone else in the Hudson Valley can offer.
Before Dani ever picked up a camera to photograph a family, she is a Labor & Delivery and postpartum nurse. She has been in the room for some of the most raw, overwhelming, beautiful moments of peopleās lives. She knows what a new parent looks like when theyāre scared, when theyāre flooded with love, when theyāre just trying to hold it together.
And now she shows up with a camera.
Sheās not going to flinch when your baby is screaming. Sheās not going to get awkward when you need to nurse or when youāre crying for the fifth time before noon. She gets it, not just emotionally, but clinically, physically, completely.
Dani covers Brooklyn, Manhattan, and the Hudson Valley/Westchester area at her own rates. She is so good with families, especially families bringing home a new baby for the first time.
