On Thursday, June 4, 2026, BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn Festival kicked off their 47th season with live sets by Sheila E. & Leon Knight and DJ sets by DJ Spinna. Photos from all three acts are now live on my website, and very much looking forward to returning as a house photographer for the rest of the season:

On Friday, May 29, 2026, They Might Be Giants continued their three night stand at Brooklyn Steel by performing their 30-year-old album "Factory Showroom" in its entirety, and then performing a second set of fan favorites that John Flansburgh said they didn't rehearse.

On Friday, May 15, 2026, BAM continued their celebration of Stevie Wonder with their series "Stevie: A Life in the Key of Songs" at Howard Gilman Opera House. I captured the performance for Brooklyn Academy of Music and have shared some of those images on my website:

On Friday, May 22, 2026, MIKE D of Beastie Boys headlined Xanadu Roller Arts in Bushwick, Brooklyn. He was backed by 5D (a live band) and there was an opening set by Very Nice Person. Photos from both sets are now live on my website, and he performs another sold out show tonight at the same venue (a roller rink):

Curated by Polly Irungu, this exhibition brings together a powerful collective of artists whose work reflects the expansiveness of Black women’s visual storytelling — from portraiture and documentary practice to street photography, community narratives, and global perspectives. At its core, this exhibition is about visibility, access, and remembrance — affirming the importance of inclusive, community-rooted storytelling and honoring the ways Black artists document and shape the world around them.

There were speakers from various organizations such as Make the Road NY, The Action Lab, Working Families Party, and special guest Tom Morello.
