Class of '25! It is time!
An incredible opportunity for a kind, loving, rising senior who wants a better world!

Applications are now live for the '25 Dream Team! Not only will you get a BUNCH of photos but you will have an amazing year with lots of other perks! The Dream Team is for rising seniors who would like to see a world where people are kinder, more supportive of one another and more loving, a team of encouragement. Not only am I a full-time photographer but also the Founder of Sparks of Kindness, a group that has been featured across the US and has spread worldwide. It is about changing the world one small spark at a time, not just random acts but planned deliberate ones. I also hold workshops and retreats to lift one another up, empowering them and giving them amazing life skills such as decision-making, how to set and keep boundaries, preparing for rough days and most importantly loving yourself along the way. AND....I am a flower farmer so we will definitely be doing photos out in the flower fields and spending time doing workshops in my amazing art studio. Need your help!!
On 4/28, I am holding the 2nd Tween Empowerment Event for Girls 9-12 years old. It will be AMAZING, like the first one.
In order for The Studio at Cedar Hill to make it extremely special and show the girls how incredible they are by showering them with love and swag, I need more sponsors! The last event was sold-out with 50 girls who had speakers, professional photos, an empowering art project, lots of love and swag here at Cedar Hill Flower Farm. You thought middle school was rough when you were growing up?? It is nothing compared to what these kids are dealing with!

Please! Help me help these girls! Need monetary donations or items to present the girls with swag. The last time, they each had a bag that said "I am unstoppable" and a blanket that said the same. They had incredibly, empowering journals and were given ideas on how to use them on rough days. They were gifted a beautiful gold flower necklace and after picking flowers in our field, they were reminded that even the flowers, who are all beautiful in their own way, are different and that is ok. Lots of other meaningful goodies to as the day went on.

Girls who care more about changing this world than taking selfies BUT still deserve GORGEOUS senior portraits because each senior is beautiful. Hey friends! I wanted to take a moment to talk about something that's been on my mind lately – the challenges of running a small business. BEING A BUSINESS OWNER IS MORE DIFFICULT THAN EVER and this year, I celebrate 25 YEARS in business!!!

25 years of capturing the innocence of newborns, the budding personalities of toddlers. Helping tweens realize how incredible they are and capturing the excitement of a transitional time for seniors. Capturing the love between families and the excitement of brand new love on wedding day. People tell me all the time that they still have that portrait hanging up from 20 years ago. I feel so honored to be able to give such an incredible gift to families.

It's a constant juggling act that requires dedication, resilience, and a whole lot of hard work. All of the business owners you know wear a huge mulitude of hats - from managing finances, inventory, dealing with customers and suppliers, marketing, constantly changing technology, networking, social media...

Every day brings new obstacles and opportunities. Despite the difficulties, there's one thing that has consistently kept me going – the support of my amazing friends and community.

You guys have been an incredible source of encouragement throughout my journey as a business owner.
