TYFL parents and families:
Due to the amount of inquiries, I've decided to be transparent.
The company I use for online ordering was unfortunately hacked two weeks ago. The day I was opening up online ordering for your athlete's pictures, the hackers were doing their dirty work. This hack immediately shut down most of the photo lab's system. I sat at my computer thinking to myself, how am I going to photograph 250 kids, establish a paper ordering system, fulfill orders, and have minimal errors. Impossible in such a short time frame. This terrible situation required my photo lab (who is the best there is) and myself to quickly pivot to Plan B, which was to use a new online ordering system. Little sleep and lots of work later, I was able to open up online sales (somewhat)in time. Glitches are still being worked out, and everyone is learning together, but the new system works. It works well. Unfortunately, packages and types of photos offered are a little more limited this year due to this quick change in plans. I appreciate your understanding and compassion.
I've relied on several people to help me deliver photo information to you on the app. For that, I am grateful. A huge shout out goes to them. Unfortunately, at times, this information has been a bit fluid and changes.  I appreciate your understanding and compassion for this as well. 
..Then throw in an unpredictable weather pattern during tackle pictures, and a little more chaos is present.
On a very positive note, this hack went through before I was able to open up online ordering so no orders, information was lost. I'm choosing to focus on the positive going forward and look forward to photographing the last group of flag kids on Saturday morning!
