I have not shared my work for quite some time. I have some contacts to make and maybe you'll see some more recent work. Stay tuned. I humbly assist in events and prefer one on one photoshoots. I love to capture the moments. I love to share a vision. I love to see the natural beauty. I love landscapes and wildlife it is something to see natural beauty with nothing but humility. I need to just get away me and my camera. I have to find some spots to just relax and enjoy the wildlife.

Who am I? Besides a child of God? My name is Shane Hagan. I simply see the world through a different lens than most people.

My world is pretty vivid and colorful. I see passion, love, beauty, and so much more. I choose to see the best because that is what I want, you can call them expectations or standards.

I just prefer to see things in truth. True colors, true depth. I started photography when I was a teenager as a class in high school. I wound my own 35mm film, and developed my own film in the dark room.

I have seen the transition from black and white to color even simple dodge and burn to full on photo enhancements. Nothing shows true artistry to me more than raw images that don't need a lot of retouching. I truly admire the patience in a good still image. I adore the subject that is being portrayed through another's eyes.

I want to be able to share the beauty of the world in the many palettes that God's creation offers. I love to take pictures of wildlife, landscape, and people. Architecture is awe-inspiring though it is not a subject matter I truly embrace fully. I struggle with critical criticism of my own work. While I have grace for others work, when viewing my own I usually have a lot less forgiving perspective.

I love to picture animals, places and people mostly; I am always up for a new genre of photography. I have a background in Multimedia Communications, Digital Imaging and Publishing. In which I learned a lot of layout, design, photo reconstruction, photo manipulation and so much more. I like to say I am a photographer, all I want to do is share my point of view with others to hopefully bring joy, peace and love.

Some great fireworks this year and we won't forget those who gave us these freedoms. It is a wonderful nation. It of course is not perfect, no matter what we still love our nation. Hopes and dreams for a better place for our children is definitely still here. The children are our future.
