It has been 40 years now since the Centennial Marfa Celebration in May 1983 in Marfa, Texas. I'm commemorating the occasion by releasing some of the photos taken by the staff of The Big Bend Sentinel during the festivities. I have been working on getting these images scanned from the original negatives and edited for several years.
