This one was pretty special. ❤️

I had Gunnar as a student in 2nd and 3rd grade, and now I somehow get to photograph him as a SENIOR. 🥹

Every once in a while, a student comes along who leaves just as much of an impact on their teacher as we hope to leave on them. Gunnar was one of those students for me.

Pretty dang cool to see that little kid from my classroom all grown up. ❤️

Benjamin is a Northwoods guy through and through! 🌲

He enjoys hunting, fishing, backroads and all the good stuff that comes with growing up in Northern WI. Today marks his last first day of high school, and I hope it was a good one!

Caden brought the kind of calm, easy energy that makes a session feel almost effortless. There was no fuss, no overthinking, and with the beautiful light, we knocked it out in about 15 minutes. Just a genuinely nice, hardworking kid who jumped right in and got it done. 🙌 Have a great senior year Kaiden!!!

Another incredible senior session! Some of my favorite shots from Audrey’s session came right after I told her, “just be your adorable self.” Apparently, she understood the assignment. 😍

The hair. The dress. The sweetest personality.

And then she casually brought along her brand new baby sister for what might be the cutest “prop” I’ve ever had at a senior session. 🥹🤍

When Cyleigh said she wanted horses in her senior pictures, I knew exactly who to call. 🐴

We headed over to my friend Sheri's, and let me tell you… this was a horse lover + photographer DREAM come true. Gorgeous girl, gorgeous horses, golden light...it was heaven!

Andddd I got to check another shot off my photography bucket list! 😍📸

Cyleigh, you absolutely killed it. Thank you for trusting me with your senior pictures and for giving me the perfect excuse to spend an evening photographing beautiful horses.

As a boy mom, senior boy sessions always hit a little different. 🥹 There’s just something about watching another mom look at her almost-grown-up boy and knowing exactly how fast those years went.

I enjoyed hanging out with Cooper and his mom the other night and getting to capture a little piece of this season for them. ❤️

It's almost time for Friday Night Lights, so good luck this football season, Cooper, and the rest of your senior year.

This was such a special session to be a part of for so many reasons. ❤️

Sophie's family has been vacationing at the same Northwoods resort for over 60 years, and they wanted to capture her senior photos in a place that holds generations of memories. It was such an honor to help preserve that story.

Moments like these remind me how much more photography is than just taking pictures. It's about preserving places, people, and memories that mean the world to someone.

I'm so grateful for this work and for all the incredible people and stories I get to be a small part of.
