My art is in Marquee! This past Sunday I was approached by the owner of Marquee Asheville. He said "I want your work in my gallery". So, I moved in. What an honor it is to hang my art in the same building as so many incredible artists.

My handmade frames are looking good and ready to move. they've even put my Husky Batman in a state of tranquility. Come see them in person tomorrow with all of the other art that I make Mercantile and co-op in sylva NC during the art walk.

I have been an artist my whole life, as a painter, a carpenter, a sculptor, a videographer, and photography. Not including the 15 years of life as a musician/composer/songwriter during my time in Nashville. This past year has had a harsh blend of ups and downs as life can offer. But here I am facing my 43rd year on this planet and I have witnessed more progress from the pains of my labor happen this year than any other year of my life. it hasn't been easy but most of this work you see (including frames, folding gallery wall, prints on hand made paper) have been made in the past two months. for the first time in nearly 20 years I am seeing my skills improve. though I am not where I want to be, I will get there and my hope is that you get there with me too. Whatever you are dreaming, fighting, or current goals. I wish that we all continue to grow at any age.

Now if we could all just get through the holidays in one piece. much love to ya! Merry Christmas!
