In March of 2016, Adam Nuzzi (President of both NPJ Productions and Adams Films) announced that a 60/40 merger will begin to take affect. On April 7, 2016, The news went public that NPJ Productions and Adams Films will in-fact be merging by April 24, 2016, making April 23, 2016 the last running day of NPJ Productions,

In the merger, NPJ Productions handed Adams Films their legal documents and Adam Nuzzi made it officially according to the Dutchess County Clerk's office in Poughkeepise, New York on April 20, 2016. Adams Films also has retained the right to keep anything private from the general public and has acquired all of NPJ Productions' customers and records. Everyone was notified of the change and had the option to opt out of further notifications. Adams Films has made over 8 musical albums, 35 short videos, trading cards, DVDs, CDs, cassette tapes,
