Enter the Robo Dojo — Your Chance to Fight Back Against the Machines

The robots have learned to draw, write, and render. Now it’s your turn to fight back.

If you’re attending SIGGRAPH 2026 in Los Angeles, stop by the Puget Systems booth ( #557) and step into the Robo Dojo. Using real-time motion capture, you’ll control a fully realized MetaHuman as you battle your way through a dojo full of AI-powered robots.

Every run earns a score, and the top fighters on the leaderboard will take home prizes.

We’ve been putting the new Rokoko Smart Gloves 2 through their paces with the latest Optitrack Motive integration. We can now stream the finger data directly into Motive and pair it with our OptiTrack body capture, giving us full body and finger animation in a single pipeline.

It’s great to see companies making workflows more open and easier to integrate. Looking forward to using this on upcoming animation, game cinematic, and performance capture projects.

Building better motion capture pipelines.

By combining full body, finger, and facial motion capture with cinema robotics and Unreal Engine, we’re able to visualize performances, camera moves, and digital characters together in real time. Repeatable robot moves also make it easy to compare takes, refine performances, and iterate throughout production.

Whether it’s game cinematics, animation, or digital humans, bringing these technologies together creates a more connected and efficient production pipeline.
