As cameras and cellphones developed, my photography skills did as well. Upon entering high school I was very excited to take the given photography class, only to find out there was multiple prerequisites. After two years of waiting (required classes & Junior status) I learned all about photography and developing film. A few years later, with the right resources and equipment now available, I am re

Where are you getting your fresh syrup and hay this year?

I went over to grab a gallon of syrup from Siple Farms in Williston when I struck up a conversation with Alex, Waldo, Mary and Bub. We talked about the process, grading and where they sell their syrup.

They sell their syrup by word of mouth and I thought some of you may be interested! They bottle it to whatever grade mother nature decided to give them this year.

$20 Quart
$30 Half Gallon
$50 Full Gallon

I didn't have my camera gear but I had my phone to make a short video. We're calling this "Sounds of Syrup with Siple Farms". (Let's help them sell out this year, 2021 was a hard season for hay) Facebook kills the quality of the video, sorry!

If you'd like syrup you can tell me and I can mark you down, call them or stop by their farm!
