Tomorrow! First class at the new studio KULA in South Burlington! I'll be teaching Flow and Meditate at 9am (on going)!

I don't think I've ever posted it but I also teach every Sunday, 8am, Move and Meditate at Sangha - North Studio.

Here are some photos from a sweet shoot with Mary Masson. She also teaches yoga at Sangha. After taking hundreds of classes with so many different teachers it can be few and far between to feel something memorable. Mary's classes are special. If you've got a chance to attend, I'd take it.
