Watching another senior class walk across the stage is always special, but this year feels a little different for me.
A few of these seniors are kids Iāve watched grow up through youth group. Some Iāve seen worship, pray, laugh until they cried. Iāve watched some go through hard seasons, and grow into the people they are today. Getting to stand on the sidelines this year specifically and capture big moments in their lives honestly means more to me than I can put into words.
And to the rest of my seniors this year, thank you too. Whether I got to take your senior pictures, prom photos, sports photos, or just had a small part in your story, it has truly been an honor.
I know everyone says it, but time really does fly. It feels like just yesterday some of yāall were running around youth events, and now youāre stepping into the next chapter of your lives.
Iām proud of every single one of you. Keep Jesus at the center, work hard, love people well, and never forget who you are and whose you are.
This is a mix of Heritage and Mitchell because today is Grad day for both and if I could rip myself in half and be both places at once I would.
Congratulations class of 2026. I canāt wait to see where God takes you next š¤
