Mother’s Day has come and gone but I’m still here thinking about all the sweet moments in the studio spent together capturing the most important kind of love: moms and their babies!! 📸
Anytime the kids come to my portrait events they know there is something special at the end waiting for them. 🎁
This time though things were a little different. Some of them were confused or looking for THEIR surprise, some of them were a little upset when there wasn’t something for THEM at the end. Until… they realized THEY get to pick something special and give it to Mom. 💐
In that moment, I watched every single one of them light up in excitement. The joy of giving immediately replaced their joy of receiving and watching them ever so carefully choose what THEY felt was the PERFECT arrangement just for THEIR Mommy, and then turn around to surprise her with it in such joy… is what it’s all about for me!

Suite 102 portrait events are never just about sitting and smiling. My goal is always to create an experience for the kids (and parents) that they will remember just as much as the portraits themselves. The children always know there is something special waiting for them at the end of their session(swipe to the last photo to see) and that makes it quick, easy and fun for them and parents!! 📸
For Easter portraits Mr. Bunny creates an environment full of laughter, curiosity and interaction. From shy first hellos to big, joyful grins, I was able to capture the children as they warmed up to the bunny and embraced having their portraits taken with him. 🐰 ✨
A few days later.. Hoping everyone had a beautiful and blessed Easter.
